


first take some little squids, defrozen, cleaned and prepare the filling:
potatoes, 1 egg, parmigiano cheese, parsley
fill each squid
in a pan ( photo 2)
olive oil, butter and tomato sauce
put the squid inside
turn up and down
the potatoes a little bit go outside and the toamto sauce become floury
taste it
put a coffee spoon of sugar
( to eliminate the tomato acid)
salt pepper and hot pepper ( as much as you like)
when the curly tails of the suids are crinkled the squids are ready!
